Our goals as a company are to provide a safe and secure place for all customers to shop, great product quality, affordable and reasonable prices and reliable services. Security In order to reach our first goal, security, we have obtained a secure socket layer. This layer will help keep all your billing information (credit cards, address, etc.) safe from unauthorized people. Also, we provide our fax number and mailing address for those who are still weary about buying items online. Ordering / Returns After submitting an order form, you will receive an email stating the items you ordered and the total amount (plus shipping and handling). Most of our employees at West Side Sport Shop are experienced athletes; therefore our objective is to choose the best products for all athletes at all levels. Please note, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, for example it is the wrong size, you may return the product, in its original condition, within thirty days of the purchase date. We will not accept products that were worn, unless there was a rare manufacturing defect in the product. Please send an email or call to request a returns form, to be filled out and sent with the product. You will be reimbursed accordingly once we receive the product and it falls under our returns policy.
